To listen on Sports Audio Portal, do the following adjustment

Presto Sports made an update to the software on their portal software which is used on Sports Audio Option.

You will need to do one of the following based on your device:

On Android if they are using Chrome then the process is:

1. go to settings

2. select privacy and security,

3. Select clear browsing data

On Apple (IOS) -

1 Open the Settings app and tap Safari.

2 Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data. Tap "Clear History and Website Data" to clear your Safari cache, history, and cookies. ...

3 Your device will ask if you really want to clear Safari's data. Confirm your choice.
