Show Cause Hearing set for August 26th in Poplarville

Circuit Judge Claiborne “Buddy” McDonald has provided this public notice for Show Cause Hearing on August 26 in the Old Courthouse in Poplarville on the 2nd floor at 9:00 a.m.

Probationers, Post Release Offenders, and Non-Adjudicated Offenders, if you are behind on paying your fines, court costs, assessments, and/or restitution ordered by Judge McDonald or Judge Harrell, you must appear at the above Show Cause Hearing unless you have paid up to date at the Circuit Clerk’s office in Picayune or Poplarville.

Payments must be made in cash, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card (you must have picture ID with name matching the name on the credit card).
