Rushing Jewelers Announces Huge Going-Out-of-Business Sale

Press Release

Picayune, MS (May 9th) - For fifty four years, Rushing Jewelers has been a community staple in the Picayune community. Throughout the decades, they’ve provided the highest level of quality, service and care to their base customers, friends and family. From shining gifts to custom pieces, James Rushing and his wife Dianna have prided themselves in creating a warm and welcoming jewelry store where all are welcome. As they head into retirement and close the doors of Rushing Jewelers for good, they’ll be hosting a huge going-out-of-business sale. Beginning today, you’ll be able to take home a shining treasure up to 70% off.

The story of Rushing Jewelers began over fifty years ago in 1969 when Charles Rushing opened a jewelry store with his son, James, by his side. Both men learned how to make and repair jewelry through hardwork and dedication to the craft. Since then, James and his wife spearheaded the business, turning it into a well known establishment within Picayune.

As they head into retirement, Jim and Dianna would like to thank the wonderful people who have stopped in to shop and chat throughout the years. They are both honored to have served generations of family and friends and will look back at the memories fondly. Of all the special moments they’ve shared with patrons of the store, the most unforgettable will be the many times Jim heard “this is perfect” after he presented a custom piece he created. With retirement around the corner, Jim and Dianna are looking back at their shining legacy with gratitude and pride, thanking God for the years He has given them.
