Picayune-Picayune secured the top seed from Region 4 Class 5A on Friday with a 56-0 thrashing of the Long Beach Bearcats at Lee-Triplett Stadium.

The Maroon Tide defense forced Long Beach to punt on every possession in the first half. When Picayune had the ball, they wasted little time in putting up points.
