Pearl River softball announces third annual Meet the Team Banquet

POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The Pearl River softball team is excited to announce its third annual Meet the Team Banquet, which will take place on Saturday, January 20, inside Oliva Bender Cafeteria on PRCC's Poplarville Campus.

"This banquet means a lot to this program. It reminds us of where we started, how far we have come and where we are headed," Pearl River coach Christie Meeks said. "We love having the opportunity to fellowship with our girls, families and supporters. This is an event we can't wait to have each year."

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the banquet begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $30. PRCC softball alumnae can purchase tickets for $25. Children 12 and under are free. Those who plan to attend the event are asked to RSVP to PearlRiverSB@gmail.com.

The banquet will include a silent auction as well as T-shirt, seat and jersey sales. All proceeds will contribute to facilities upgrades and the betterment of the Pearl River softball program.

Tickets for the 2024 softball season are on sale now and can be purchased at PRCCAthletics.com/Tickets. Season passes for softball are $78. Season passes that include baseball and softball are $103. General admission tickets are $8.
