Local man and his girlfriend arrested for illegal drug related charges
Pearl River County Sheriff David Allison stated in a press release that on October 10, 2019, Investigators with the PRCSO Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at #73 Cedar Hill Lane in Carriere.
During the search, Investigators discovered marijuana, digital scales, plastic bags, a firearm, brass knuckles, and various other paraphernalia commonly associated with the sale and use of marijuana and methamphetamines according to Sheriff Allison.
Timothy Kennedy, age 42, of the same address, was determined to be the owner of the controlled substance, but was not present at the time of the execution of the search warrant. Sheriff Allison said that Kennedy’s girlfriend, Victoria Coco, age 29, of the same address, was at the scene and was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia.

Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Kennedy on the charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and two counts of Possession of a Weapon by a Felon. Sheriff Allison stated that on the next day, October 11, 2019, Investigators returned to the same address where Kennedy was located and taken into custody for the warrant.
According to Sheriff Allison, Kennedy was transported the Lenoir-Rowell Correction Center in Millard where he was booked on the charges stemming from the warrant and his previous bond for Possesson of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute from February, 2019, was revoked. Additionally, Kennedy had a hold put on him by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for probation violation.
