Pearl River rodeo team competes in Three Rivers College event
POPLARVILLE— The Pearl River rodeo team participated in their third event of the season when they traveled to Sikeston, Missouri to compete in Three Rivers College rodeo event.
Tyler Stewart (Brandon) competed in bareback riding, while Tyler Holder (Lucedale; George County) competed in saddle bronc riding.
Adam Channell (Seminary; Forrest County AHS) competed in bull riding and Carli Hodges (Summerdale, Alabama) competed in barrel racing finishing with an average time of 34.63 seconds.

Up next for the rodeo team will be a trip to Magnolia, Arkansas to compete in the Southern Arkansas University rodeo event from Nov. 1-3.
