Charles Eugene Bowman spotted multiple times in Utah
Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office (PRCSO) Chief Investigator Marc Ogden told WRJW News that Charles Eugene Bowman was spotted on June 30 at a gas station in Evanston, Wyoming, and on July 1 at a Wal-Mart in the Salt Lake City, Utah. He was spotted yesterday (July 6) in a campground near Vernal, Utah.
Bowman is wanted for murder in relation to the disappearance of his wife Kathleen Bowman of the Barth community in north Pearl River County. Last week investigators found human remains that were later verified to belong to his wife who had been missing.
Bowman had previously lived in Utah area for many years and knows that area really well according to Ogden. The U.S. Marshals office is actively pursuing Bowman and he is still driving his white Nissan sedan.
If anyone has any information that may be helpful to the capture of Bowman, please contact the PRCSO at 601-795-2241 or 601-798-5528 or the U.S. Marshals Services in Utah at 801-625-5175.
