Coast Electric CEO Ron Barnes recognized as one of Mississippi’s top CEOs

Coast Electric President and CEO Ron Barnes was recently recognized as one of Mississippi’s 2018 Top CEOs by the Mississippi Business Journal.

The Journal recognized leaders around the state who have demonstrated excellence among the top executives in their field. These CEOs have helped their companies achieve strong growth and success and have made a profound impact on their company and community.

Barnes was named President and CEO of Coast Electric in March 2017 after serving as Vice President of Marketing, Member Services, and Public Relations for 21 years.

In his first year leading the cooperative, Barnes has already demonstrated his ability to take Coast Electric to the next level and his desire to improve the quality of life for his fellow south Mississippians.
