Woman sought in Slidell bank robbery
St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s detectives are working with the FBI in a joint investigation after a Slidell-area bank was robbed Saturday morning
(December 16).
Shortly before noon a white female walked into the Chase Bank branch at 1943 Gause Boulevard East, implied she had a weapon and handed a teller a note, demanding cash. She then fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of stolen cash.
The suspect is described as a white female, with dark colored hair, wearing a black vest with a fur hood and a white and black scarf/poncho. She is approximately 5 foot, 3 inches tall and 160 pounds. She was last seen on foot headed towards Interstate 10.
