Update on Circuit Clerk services

In an effort to protect the citizens and employees of Pearl River County against the spread of COVID-19 virus, the Board of Supervisors voted to limit public access to county offices to phone and email business only until further notice.

The Circuit Clerk’s Office located at the Pearl River County Governmental Complex in Picayune is closed until further notice. The Circuit Clerk’s Office located at the Pearl River County Courthouse in Poplarville is open. However, access to the main courthouse is limited to essential business only. For those individuals who have essential business that cannot be accomplished via phone or email, please call the Circuit Clerk’s Office

For payment of fines, restitution, court costs, or drug intervention fees, please mail a money order or cashier’s check to Pearl River County Circuit Clerk, P. O. Box 530, Poplarville, MS 39470-0530.
