Soccer matches against Southwest postponed due to Tropical Storm Gordon

Due to Tropical Storm Gordon's current projected landfall along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Tuesday's home soccer matches against Southwest Mississippi Community College have been postponed.

The MACJC contests will be rescheduled for Sept. 19 with a 5 p.m. start.  The status of the East Central doubleheader, originally scheduled for Sept. 19, is now to be determined.

PRCC's soccer teams will be back in action Friday with home matches against Meridian, beginning at 5 p.m.

As of Monday night, Thursday's home football game against East Mississippi Community College is expected to be played as originally scheduled.  Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.

Due to the current storm projections, all PRCC locations will close at noon Tuesday and reopen at 8 a.m. Thursday. Dorms will remain open.
