After receiving several complaints from the community about alleged narcotics distribution occurring at a residence, Picayune Police Narcotics Division, Criminal Investigations Division, and Patrol Division executed a search warrant at 801 Charlotte Drive on January 16th according to a press release from Assistant Chief Jeremy Magri.

When the detectives arrived around 3:00pm, they entered the residence and found three suspects identified as: Cory Neal Green, age 45, Brec Taylor Hines, age 24, and Alisha Elizabeth Boudreaux, age 36, all in the master bedroom. Detectives observed Hines, Boudreaux, and Green smoking what appeared to be Crystal Methamphetamine out of a clear glass pipe which contained a burnt crystal-like substance. A fourth suspect, William Matthew Landrum, age 28, was observed running out the back door of the residence. Detectives pursued Landrum on foot to the woods behind the house and he was placed into custody.

Detectives then conducted a search of the residence and located two digital scales that contained a crystal-like substance believed to be Crystal Methamphetamine, a plastic red solo cup which contained several clear plastic bags as well as a large amount of a crystal-like substance believed to be Crystal Methamphetamine, and a lip balm container containing a white powdery substance believed to be Cocaine on the nightstand in the master bedroom. Detectives also found blue and pink boxes inside the nightstand that contained spoons and pipes that contained a burnt residue.

Upon continuing to search the residence, detectives located approximately 60 blue pills, 2 green pills, and 1 white pill inside the nightstand. The pills were later identified at Loratab 10mg (Schedule II narcotic), Clonazepam (Schedule IV narcotic), and Trazodone.

Through further investigation, it was learned that Hines, Boudreaux, Green, and Landrum were mixing a crystal substance believed to sugar with Crystal Methamphetamine and that they were also manufacturing bags of sugar and selling it as Crystal Methamphetamine. Detectives also located a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana in the guest bedroom along with a plastic straw, which was prepared to inhale illegal narcotics.

Hines, Boudreaux, Green, and Landrum were placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute within 1500 feet of a Church, Possession of a Counterfeit Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute within 1500 feet of a Church, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor), and Possession of Paraphernalia. Landrum was subsequently charged with Resisting Arrest by Fleeing.

All four suspects were transported to the Criminal Justice Center, booked on the stated charges, and incarcerated according to the press release from Magri.
