 On this edition of Focus on Pearl River County, the guest addressed the effects of einter weather on rising power bills. He also discussed proper home insulation and the heat usage and a special "time of use" rate program. He also explained the power association's ongoing upgrade to the automated power meter infrastructure that will help technicians track customer usage patterns to help the customer find ways to reduce their electric use costs.
