TROY FRUGE FARMS IS HIRING for 30 temporary job openings for crawfish harvesting 02/06/2010-07/01/2010. At 7314 Evangeline Hwy, Basile, La. 70515.

Wage rate is at 8.41 per hr. Employer guarantees to offer employment for a minimum of ¾ of the workdays of the total specified period during work contract and all extensions thereof are in effect beginning with the 1st day after worker arrives at the place of employment and ending on the expiration date specified in work contract or extension thereof in Act of God termination. The ¾ guarantee period ends on the date of termination.

Baiting traps, fishing, washing, grading, cutting crawfish (80%) cleaning and maintaining farm, fishing equipment. There is 1 hour unpaid lunch. All work tools, supplies and equipment are provided without cost to worker, if applicable. Housing will be provided without cost to workers who can’t reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of the work day. Expenses for sustenance and transportation to work site will be provided by employer with payment to be made no later than completion of 50% of work contract.
